Hosting interns is an integral part of our philosophy and needed for the operation of our organisation. Through our internship programs, individuals an opportunity to improve their skills while working in a diverse environment, as well as deepen their knowledge on asylum related issues and get valuable hands-on experience.

CyRC believes greatly in the concept of internship as means in providing young people (recent graduates and/or other interested individuals), content rich experience and an environment through which they can develop and enrich their knowledge and skills.
Our internship program is usually offered at a minimum engagement of 3 months. However, each internship application is evaluated separately and the duration may vary. Each intern is assigned a mentor, with whom the responsibility lies to assign tasks and responsibilities to the intern as well as monitor the work load and the skills-development agreed upon the commencement of the internship.
