Cyprus Refugee Council and Emphasys Centre are organising a virtual event on the topic of Inclusion of Women Refugees in the Workplace: Experiences and good practices”, within the frame of the EU AMIF funded project ENGAGE!
The aim of the project is to enhance the interaction between employers and refugees for a smooth and sustainable integration of women refugees in the workplace. At the event, information about the project and activities will be shared and there will be a first mapping of the challenges, good practices and suggestions around the topic.

Το Κυπριακό Συμβούλιο για τους Πρόσφυγες και το Εκπαιδευτικό και Ερευνητικό Κέντρο Emphasys διοργανώνουν τη διαδικτυακή εκδήλωση γνωριμίας με θέμα «Η Υποδοχή των Γυναικών Προσφύγων στο χώρο εργασίας: Εμπειρίες και Καλές Πρακτικές», στα πλαίσια του Ευρωπαϊκού προγράμματος ENGAGE (ΤΑΜΕ – AMIF-2019-AG-CALL-03), .
Σκοπός του έργου είναι να ενισχύσει τη συνεργασία εργοδοτών και προσφύγων με στόχο την ομαλή και βιώσιμη ένταξη των γυναικών προσφύγων στην κυπριακή αγορά εργασίας. Στα πλαίσια της εκδήλωσης, θα υπάρξει ενημέρωση για το έργο και θα πραγματοποιηθεί μία πρώτη καταγραφή των προκλήσεων, των καλών πρακτικών και εισηγήσεων γύρω από το θέμα της εργασιακής ένταξης των γυναικών προσφύγων.
